Kenny Rogers, Seattle’s Best Announce Hiring Events for New Calapan Branches

CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro – Kenny Rogers Roasters is set to open a new branch in this city, bringing job opportunities to local residents.

The restaurant chain has announced a recruitment drive for its opening team, scheduled for August 14, 2024.

The one-day on-site hiring event will take place from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Caltex Puting Tubig along the National Highway (Western Nautical Highway) in Barangay Puting Tubig, Calapan City.

Kenny Rogers Roasters is seeking applicants for both store management and team member positions.

For team members, qualifications include being at least a senior high school graduate with an energetic personality. Part-time workers are welcome to apply.

Management positions require a four-year college degree and proven experience in food and beverage brand management.

Simultaneously, Seattle’s Best Coffee is also recruiting for its Calapan location. Their hiring process has begun, with applications being accepted at two 7-Eleven locations in the city.

Seattle’s Best is looking for candidates aged 18-35 with TESDA certificates in bartending or pastry-making. The coffee chain seeks hardworking individuals willing to undergo training.

Both companies encourage interested applicants to bring updated resumes to the respective hiring events.

Reports have said that the expansion of popular food and beverage chains signals potential economic growth for Calapan City, offering new employment opportunities in the service sector.
