Free TESDA Training Scholarships for Housekeeping, Massage Courses for Mindoro Residents

Lyceum of Mindoro Inc. and Isla de Oro Hotel are offering free training scholarships for two Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) courses beginning next week.

The program provides 25 slots each for Housekeeping NC II and Hilot (Wellness Massage) NC II courses, with orientation scheduled for Dec. 14 and classes starting Dec. 15, 2025.

The housekeeping course runs 73 days with morning classes from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and afternoon sessions from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The wellness massage training spans 20 days, with morning classes from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and afternoon sessions from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, able to communicate in basic English, and physically, mentally and emotionally fit.

Required documents include a copy of birth certificate and marriage contract for married women.

The training facility is located in Barangay Tangkalan, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro.
