Free Medical Mission Serves Thousands in Oriental Mindoro

The provincial government of Oriental Mindoro launched a week-long medical, surgical, and dental mission starting January 27, 2025, providing free healthcare services to residents across multiple municipalities.

Governor Humerlito Dolor, in partnership with the Provincial Health Office and Saint Paul Assembly of God, initiated the program at Barangay Camilmil. The mission serves approximately 500 patients daily through January 31.

Services include minor surgeries and dental procedures, along with specialized consultations in orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, internal medicine, optical care, gastroenterology, and cardiology.

The medical mission will continue at various locations throughout the province: Brgy. Bucayao Covered Court in Calapan City on January 28, Mena G. Valencia Gymnasium in Naujan on January 29, Petra Garis Memorial Elementary School in Sta. Maria, Naujan on January 30, and Brgy. Macatoc Covered Court in Victoria on January 31.
