The San Jose Night Market transformed into a festive wonderland during its second anniversary, featuring a vibrant “Best Dressed Stall Competition” that drew 155 participants.
Themed “Merry and Dazzling Nightlife with Lights and Delights,” vendors creatively decorated their stalls with holiday-inspired designs, showcasing local artistic talent and community spirit.
Judges from the Department of Tourism-MIMAROPA evaluated entries based on creativity, presentation, and visual impact.
Judged by tourism officials, including Gladys A. Quesea, Ma. Elizabeth C. Viray, Monina V. Rañeses, Jay S. De Guzman, Roshelle Camille A. Antenor, and Michael John A. Nicolas, the competition shows the night market’s growing importance in San Jose’s tourism landscape, creating an inclusive community space that attracts visitors with its innovative approach to celebrating Mindoreño culture.
While winners were not yet revealed, the event successfully captured the holiday spirit, inviting attendees to experience the market’s unique charm and Mindoro offerings.
