The Philippine Statistics Authority announced the reopening of National ID registration centers across Oriental Mindoro province, with eight locations now operational to serve residents.

The registration centers are located in Calapan City and seven municipalities: Puerto Galera, Baco, Naujan, Socorro, Bansud, Bongabong and Bulalacao.

The activity is intended to continue the national ID enrollment program that has already registered 783,000 individuals in Oriental Mindoro from 2021 to 2024.

The Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) provides residents with official government identification to streamline access to public services and financial transactions.

Registration is available to all eligible residents at any of the designated centers.

For more information about registration requirements and center locations, residents can visit their local PhilSys registration office.
