The Provincial Health Office (PHO) of Oriental Mindoro is mourning the loss of Dr. Wendy Ligamzon, a dedicated medical officer who served Mindoro island for over 12 years.
Dr. Ligamzon began her service as a medical officer at the Oriental Mindoro Central District Hospital on Oct. 1, 2012. Throughout her tenure, she made enormous contributions to the health and well-being of Mindoreños.
Her dedication, compassion, and outstanding contributions to the field of health left a lasting impact on the community, according to a PHO statement.
Her memory will remain alive and etched in the hearts and minds of those who knew her, PHO said.
The Provincial Health Office, under the leadership of Dr. Cielo Angela A. Ante, Provincial Health Officer II, extends its deepest condolences to Dr. Ligamzon’s family and friends.
