Mindoreño Construction Worker Reported Missing in Calapan

A 57-year-old construction worker has gone missing in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, his family reported on social media.

Felix “Dong” Aquilesca, a resident of Baco, Oriental Mindoro, was last seen on Saturday evening at around 7pm in the barracks of a construction site in Barangay Managpi, Calapan City, where he worked.

According to his family, Aquilesca had informed them that he would be heading home on Saturday, but he failed to arrive.

His family said that he left the barracks on his service bike, but his whereabouts remain unknown.

Aquilesca does not have a cellphone, making it difficult for his family to contact him.

The family is appealing to anyone who may have information on Aquilesca’s whereabouts to come forward and contact them.

Aquilesca’s family is still waiting for his safe return.
