The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) will host a two-day job fair offering 500 production associate positions to residents of Occidental Mindoro, with pre-employment interviews scheduled for June 10-11, 2025.

The employment event, running from 8:00 a.m. onwards at the PESO Office in Capitol Compound, Mamburao, will connect job seekers with opportunities at LIMA Estate Batangas and First Philippine Industrial Park in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

Provincial employment officials are particularly encouraging recent graduates to participate in the pre-employment interviews, which aim to fill both male and female production associate roles.

Applicants must meet several basic requirements, including being at least 18 years old with educational attainment ranging from Alternative Learning System (ALS) completion to college level.

The positions welcome both experienced and entry-level candidates, regardless of marital status.

The employer accepts applicants with visible tattoos and seeks individuals willing to work shifting schedules.

All successful candidates must be prepared for assignment at the LIMA Batangas facility.

The positions offer an extensive benefits package designed to attract workers from Occidental Mindoro.

Benefits include free medical coverage, uniforms, and shuttle service to the workplace in Batangas.

Additional perks include boardinghouse assistance for workers relocating to Batangas, health cards, and mandatory government benefits compliance.

The company also provides refundable transportation fare for the journey to Batangas.

Interested applicants should bring updated biographical data or resumes and a black pen to the job fair.

The organizing committee has established multiple contact methods, including email at hrjmflorespkimt@gmail.com and phone at 0977-349-8099.

Job seekers can also connect through the PKIMT Mindoro Facebook page, with a QR code available on promotional materials for direct messaging.
