Gloria, Oriental Mindoro Resident Tops PNPA Class of 2025

Police Cadet Marc Joseph L. Vitto, from Gloria municipality, graduated as valedictorian of the Philippine National Police Academy’s (PNPA) “Sinaglawin” Class of 2025.

The local government unit of Gloria, led by Mayor German “Bitoy” Rodegerio and Vice Mayor Romeo Edward “Rambo” Alvarez, officially recognized Vitto’s achievement in a statement issued Friday.

“His success brings great honor to our town and demonstrates his hard work, determination, and dedication to public service,” the statement read.

LGU officials expressed hope that Vitto’s accomplishment would inspire other young men and women in Mindoro who aspire to serve the country.

The PNPA, which trains future officers of the Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, holds its graduation ceremonies annually at Camp General Mariano N. Castaรฑeda in Silang, Cavite.
