CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Andrea Ysabelle Escaril from Baco town was crowned Miss Oriental Mindoro 2024 at the provincial capitol complex Thursday night.
Escaril bested contestants from across the province in the pageant organized by Miss Oriental Mindoro Charities, Inc. and the provincial government.
Carmella Pagsinuhin of Bongabong was named first runner-up, while Ericka Tomas of Roxas placed second runner-up.
Special awards went to Ronette Castillo of Naujan for Miss Tourism and Maria Christina Jayag of Pola for Mahal Tana Beauty.
The coronation ceremony was held at the Bulwagang Panlalawigan in the Provincial Capitol Complex, as part of the 74th anniversary of Oriental Mindoro.
