Mindoro Youth Shine in International Taekwondo Competition

Oriental Mindoro Governor Bonz Dolor congratulated a group of young athletes from the province who won medals at the 7th Heroes Taekwondo International Championship held recently in Bangkok, Thailand.

In a social media post, Governor Dolor praised the achievements of the “Kabataang Mindoreño” who brought honor to the province in the international competition.

The gold medalists from Oriental Mindoro were Jayvie Engrede Valiente, Gerald Camo, Xyrone Emmanuel Palma, and Strawberry Cardona. Gerald Camo also won a silver medal in a separate category.

Moreover, Apple Elaine Sula, Strawberry Cardona, and Altesse Great Delos Reyes took home bronze medals in their respective events.

The 7th Heroes Taekwondo International Championship was held at Assumption University in Bangkok, Thailand, and featured competitors from various countries.
