A magnitude 4.1 earthquake struck Occidental Mindoro province on Monday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology reported.
The quake occurred at 10:32 a.m. and was centered 8 kilometers north of Abra De Ilog, with a depth of 4 kilometers, according to PhiVolcs.
The earthquake was felt in several areas, with reported intensities of II in Abra de Ilog and Mamburao, both in Occidental Mindoro, and intensity I in Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro.
Instrumental intensities were recorded at III in Abra de Ilog and Puerto Galera, and II in the City of Calapan, Oriental Mindoro.
No immediate reports of damage or casualties were available.
