A disturbing discovery was made in Barangay Manguyang, Gloria, as a lifeless body of a woman was found on the side of the road.
The victim was wrapped in a blanket and had a rope tied around her body. Notably, the woman had colored hair and fair skin.
The authorities are urging anyone who has a missing female relative to come forward and contact the Gloria Municipal Police Station (MPS) to assist in identifying the victim.
The Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) are currently processing the scene, and the police are conducting a thorough investigation to apprehend the perpetrator of this heinous crime.
