Voter Registration Deadline Looms: Mindoreños Have Until Sept. 30 to Register

The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is reminding today Philippine-based and overseas voters that the registration deadline is fast approaching, with only a few weeks left to sign up before the Sept. 30, 2024 cutoff.

To accommodate voters, COMELEC has set up satellite registration sites across the country.

A schedule of available registration times can be found on the official COMELEC Facebook page.

For those looking to register in person, a list of Office of Election Officers (OEOs) locations nationwide can be accessed through the COMELEC website: https://comelec.gov.ph/?r=ContactInformation/FieldOffices/CityMunicipalOffices.

Overseas voters seeking additional information on registration or certification application can visit the COMELEC website: https://comelec.gov.ph/?r=OverseasVoting/OVFAQs/RegistrationCertificationApplication.

COMELEC is urging all eligible voters to exercise their right to vote by registering before the deadline.

The upcoming national and local elections are set to take place on May 12, 2025.
