SAN JOSE, OCCIDENTAL MINDORO – Alyssa Joy Palomo, a resident of Barangay Bubog, San Jose, was hailed today as a topnotcher in the recent Licensure Examination for Medical Technologists, ranking among the top 10 passers.
Palomo is a graduate of LPU-St. Cabrini School of Health Sciences in Santo Tomas, Batangas. The school is part of the Lyceum of the Philippines University-Laguna campus, which collaborates with St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center in offering various health science programs.
During a flag-raising ceremony, Palomo was proudly presented by MHRM Officer Maridel A. Ralleta to San Jose local government officials, including Mayor Rey Cajayon Ladaga, Vice Mayor Sonny V. Javier, and Sangguniang Bayan Members. Her father, Edilberto Palomo, accompanied his daughter Alyssa Joy.
The young achiever was warmly received by the LGU officials, who extended their congratulations and gratitude for bringing honor to San Jose.
Mayor Ladaga and Vice Mayor Javier led the officials in commending Palomo’s achievement.
Palomo’s recognition was part of the flag-raising ceremony held at the municipal hall, which was led by the Public Market Office under Mr. Jimmy Boonggaling and hosted by Mr. Kent Abraham A. Pradel of the Municipal Cooperative Development Office.
