The municipality of Naujan of Oriental Mindoro is set to host the Dabalistihit Festival Run on September 6, 2024 with 10K and 5K categories open for registration.
The event, part of the town’s fiesta activities, aims to promote sports and community engagement.
Registration fee is P150 pesos, which includes a singlet. Participants must register by August 25 to join.
The run will start at 4:00 am at Liwasang Bonifacio, Poblacion 1, Naujan.
Winners in the 10K category will receive cash prizes of P4,500 pesos (gold), P3,000 pesos (silver), and P1,500 pesos (bronze), along with medals and certificates.
For the 5K category, winners will receive cash prizes of P3,000 pesos (gold), P2,000 pesos (silver), and P1,000 pesos (bronze), along with medals and certificates.
A boodle fight will also be held after the run, open to all participants.
