CALINTAAN, Occidental Mindoro — A new Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) automated teller machine (ATM) is now operational in Calintaan, providing residents easier access to banking services.
The ATM, located next to the police station, is expected to benefit employees, business owners and residents who need quick access to their savings.
Calintaan Mayor Dante C. Esteban said the installation is part of the local government’s initiative in partnership with LBP to improve financial services in the area.
The ATM allows users to withdraw cash, check account balances and perform other banking transactions.
The mayor noted that the ATM facility will enhance financial accessibility for Calintaan’s residents, addressing a longstanding need in the town.
