Cong. Panaligan Inaugurates Multi-purpose Building in Victoria, Oriental Mindoro

VICTORIA, Oriental Mindoro – A new multi-purpose building funded by congressional allocation was inaugurated in Barangay San Juan, Victoria, Oriental Mindoro yesterday.

Oriental Mindoro 1st District Representative Arnan C. Panaligan, who secured the funding for the project, led the inauguration ceremony.

The event was attended by provincial board members Bong Brucal and Jocy Neria, along with barangay officials headed by Barangay Captain Edgar Vicente.

Several Sangguniang Bayan members, including Guiller Mortel, Israel Ortega, and Frederick Ortega, were also present at the ceremony. Former barangay captains joined the celebration as well.

Fr. Edu Gariguez, parish priest of Good Shepherd Parish, performed the blessing of the new facility.

The building is part of the AGILA Congressional Project (AKSYON ng GOBYERNO at INISYATIBO sa LARANGANG LEHISLATURA), an initiative of Cong. Panaligan aimed at improving local infrastructure and public services.

During the inauguration, Panaligan stressed the importance of such projects in enhancing community facilities and services for residents.

Local officials expressed optimism that the new multi-purpose building would serve various community needs and activities in Barangay San Juan, Victoria.
